If you’re no longer required to file a US tax return and you’d like to close your Greenback account, please contact our Customer Champion Team directly at help@greenbacktaxservices.com, and we will help you deactivate your account. We will also remove you from our mailing lists but please do keep in mind that this may take up to 3-5 business days to fully take effect.
Please note: For compliance purposes, we will still retain your tax information (returns and supporting documents) for six years, which is the duration during which the IRS may conduct audits.
