How do I pay my invoice?

Generally, your invoice will be sent to the email address on your account. From there, you can follow the prompts to settle your fee. However, you can also pay your invoice in your secure customer portal!

To pay your invoice in your portal, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your Greenback Tax Companion Account and navigate to My Account > Invoices

2. Click “View” to see your invoice.

3. Once you’ve opened your invoice, click the “Pay Online” button to visit our secure payment page.

4. From there, follow the on-screen instructions to submit your payment.
