The questionnaire includes inquiries about your filing status, including details about your spouse's citizenship and residency. If you have indicated on the initial qualifying questions that your spouse is either a US citizen or a US resident, the questionnaire will generate an additional section with subsequent questions that will prompt for specific tax-related information about your spouse for the given tax year.
Please note: this is generally only available for first-time client questionnaires - if you are a repeat client, we will have your spouse's details stored so there will be no spouse section on the repeat questionnaire. There will be a space for you to update your accountant on anything that has changed from the previous year.
